Your duties in this position will include:
Creation, editing and adaptation of content for internal channels: digests, announcements, articles, interviews, messages for managers. Ensuring a uniform tone and quality of communications.
Support of internal projects: formation of briefs, preparation of presentations, explanatory materials, participation in the development of communication strategies for initiatives and changes.
Tracking indicators of engagement, effectiveness of channels; feedback collection; preparing proposals for improving communications and user experience.
Understanding the logic of corporate environments, processes and roles
The ability to write clearly, structured and without "water"
Skills to adapt the tone depending on the audience (managers, teams, projects)
Experience with Teams, corporate mail, SharePoint or similar
Ability to structure information and work with content plans
Ability to work with metrics (engagement, channel effectiveness)
Systematic, attentive to details, ability to coordinate several tasks in parallel
Communication experience with managers and team
Ability to gather requirements, clarify context, form briefs
Ukrainian language - excellent level: literacy, wide vocabulary, ability to work with stylistics
Maturity in Communications and Behavior
Calm style of interaction, ability to explain without emotion
Ability to work with different types of leaders and teams without compromising quality
A person who comes up with solutions instead of waiting for instructions
Able to independently lead communication processes from request to result
Ability to work in a changing environment
Ready for quick priority updates
