We are currently looking for an Internal Communications Manager who will help build the image of RIA.com within the company. What tasks must be closed: development and implementation of the strategy of internal communications; conducting communication in internal channels; preparation of a corporate digest; development and management of work with corporate merchandise; organization and implementation of internal projects and initiatives; development, preparation and realization of corporate events. How to understand what is worth applying: you have 2 years of experience in internal communications; you can share your own interesting cases regarding internal communications; you write well; you have experience in crisis communications; you can work with a large amount of information; you have experience in organizing and holding events; a desire to learn and constantly improve one's professional skills. About the stages of the interview: You send your CV and it gets reviewed. If the CV is selected, we will discuss with you a convenient time for communication in Google Meets. The results of the first meeting are feedback or a test task. Final meeting with the leader of the track team (we will warn you about the participants the day before).
