One of the most well-known customers is engaged in the production of radio-electronic equipment, which improves the effectiveness of combat operations. The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes. They are currently looking for an Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist who will be responsible for internal and external communications. Required skills and experience: 2+ years of experience in communications or Employee Engagement; Excellent command of the Ukrainian language; The ability to create interesting content and the ability to work with texts on various topics; Skills in organizing and holding events; Experience in the development of visual materials; Independence, organization, willingness to work under tight deadlines; Education in the field of PR, journalism and philology will be an advantage. Future responsibilities: Participation in the development and implementation of the internal communications strategy; Communication in internal channels; Preparation of corporate materials (digests, Confluence pages, internal policies, questionnaires); Development of video content, posters and other visual materials (cooperation with the designer); Management of work with corporate merchandise; Organization and implementation of internal projects and initiatives; Preparation and realization of corporate events.
