How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• write and correct communications for HR needs or at the request of other departments to distribute messages through various communication channels
• create, manage and optimize the content plan for Ukraine and expansion countries
• develop content analytics for its further improvement
• work with the internal knowledge base and keep it up-to-date
• participate in the creation of the corporate Digest
• participate in the development of the community of interests (non tech)< br/>• connect to the implementation of planned projects (development of corporate culture, communication strategy projects, etc.)

Challenges for 3 months:
• understand the internal processes and all the features of the company's internal communication
• create the content of the plan for the agreed period
• work independently in Confluence
• participate in the implementation of planned projects
• independent work with mailing
• propose 3 ideas for improving the company's internal communication process

To achieve results, you will need:

• experience from 1 year in the direction of internal/external communications
• experience in the HR field will be an advantage
• English - B1+
• knowledge of Excel, ability to work with formulas, construction diagrams

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. needs and 10 - due to illness (with reward retention)
