How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

— Call center and countries of expansion
• coordinates internal communications for the call center and countries of expansion (now Uzbekistan)
• adapts corporate messages and campaigns to local contexts
• provides two-way communication between HQ and local teams
• collaborates with local HRGs to coordinate messages and maintain the tone of voice of the company

— Internal initiatives and communications
• organization of video shootings for internal communications script writing, work with cameraman, coordination of production and post-production
• participates in content preparation for corporate campaigns
• helps in creating texts, announcements and posts in internal channels
• ensures timely communication of all internal activities in HQ and locations
• helps to maintain a unified information space of the company
• participates in the organization of the business part of strategic events

Challenges for 3 months:
• establish an internal communications system in the country of expansion:
— conduct an audit of internal channels
— systematize the content plan
— launch 1–2 internal campaigns with adaptation for local offices
• audit of internal communications in the Call-center
• support the test launch of the recognition program

To achieve results, you will need:

• experience of 3 years or more in the direction of internal communications

• high level of communication skills skills

• creativity and non-standard thinking

• self-discipline and responsibility

• English - Advanced

• experience in the field of HR - bwill be preferred
