How it is you who can influence the development of the company:
• develop service maintenance processes based on audit results
• organize, control, plan the audit process
• research, develop and implement qualitatively new tools and audit strategies of operational departments
• derive and forecast the necessary values ​​of representative audit samples with a certain step in directions and processes
• provide internal consultations, mentoring, specialized training for teammates
• achieve target KPI indicators, determined by the head of the department
• perform part of the function of the head of the department in his/her absence
• consolidation and analysis of the obtained audit results in the form of recommendations, reporting tables and presentation materials

Challenges for the six months: of operational departments
• propose steps to improve the audit process of operational departments
• maintain a high level of evaluation of dialogues at the team level - the percentage of appeals should not exceed 2%
• adhere to target values ​​in the selection of dialogues
• describe and systematize the calibration process between auditors and operational departments
• form and approve a list of initiatives aimed at improving the level of satisfaction (CSAT based on the results of appeals to theMs.)

To achieve results, you will need:
• 3+ years of commercial experience in a similar position
• skills in carrying out control, conducting inspections, inspecting and audit
• experience in effective team management (from 5-8 specialists)
• confident professional communication skills for negotiations
• developed soft skills: responsibility, autonomy, analytical thinking, high emotional intelligence and adaptability , critical thinking
• multitasking, ability to work with a large amount of information

How do you regulate your working time?
• can plan your work schedule independently, however , in order to be effective,
we have mandatory common working hours - business hours, from 11:00 to 16:00
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 — due to illness (with retention of reward)
