Main responsibilities (we teach everything): — Studying the principles of NGFW products; — Provision of technical support for clients according to SLA terms; — Interaction with the technical teams of our clients, acting as the first technical contact person; — Update of internal databases with new technical information and useful information from customers; — Studying new technologies and passing the relevant vendor certifications; —Analyze and report malfunctions/failures of the product to the technical support of the manufacturer.
