Intern/Trainee Media buyer (Networks) in King Grup

We are currently looking for an Intern/Trainee Media Buyer who specializes in working with media network resources on the market of Ukraine for the field of gambling (casinos). We are looking for a specialist who is ready to take on the challenge and join our marketing team to create and improve media advertising strategies for Ukrainian casino and betting brands.

What you will do:

• Create and lead advertising campaigns of brands in advertising networks present on the Ukrainian market;
• Analyze and optimize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns to achieve maximum results;
• Interact on an ongoing basis with advertising partners and traffic providers;
• Keep reporting on advertising campaigns and test new hypotheses, look for "connections" for scaling;
• Create and optimize effective advertising strategies aimed at to increase conversions and earnings.

What we expect:

• Minimum experience or understanding of basic principles in digital marketing: with advertising/teaser networks, DSP, MMP, Paid Social with various formats advertising: banners, native advertising, push, video, popunder/clickunder;
• Deep understanding and operation of marketing metrics;
• Focus on achieving specific results and goals;
• Desire and ability for continuous professional growth in the field of digital marketing;
• High level of analytical skills for continuous improvement of advertising campaigns based on data and performance measurements;
• Communicative skills and ability to work in a team, communicate with other departments to obtain deliverables that can lead to better results.
