Main responsibilities (we teach everyone):—Learning the principles of NGFW products;—Providing technical support for customers according to SLA terms;—Interaction with the technical teams of our customers, acting as the first technical contact person;— Updating internal databases with new technical information and useful information from customers; — Studying new technologies and passing relevant vendor certifications; — Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions/failures to the manufacturer's technical support service. You are a candidate if: — You have a great desire to learn and develop; — Do you want to grow together with an international company in the field of IT; — Student of 3+ year of technical specialty; — You are interested in the basic principles of network operation (OSI, TCP/IP, firewalls, switching, routing); — You understand how to work with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare); — You have basic Windows and Linux system administration skills; — You speak Russian and English at the Intermediate level; — Able to independently prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
