Intern (Monitoring of services) to lifecell in lifecell

We are looking for an Intern for the service availability control department to join our lifecell team - a Ukrainian digital operator that has been on the market for more than 15 years, providing real freedom of communication. 

During the internship at lifecell, you will improve yourself and your skills, immerse yourself in the field of telecommunications, work on real projects in a dynamic environment, open and positive atmosphere. The vacancy is open in the service availability control center

Functional duties:

• System monitoring and reporting on system malfunctions (servers, databases, platforms additional services, etc.)
• Solving problems of the first line of support (messaging through various channels, WEB-services, VOIP/V-PBX, service management)

Requirements:

• Initial knowledge of Oracle, SQL
• Initial knowledge of Unix OS
• Basic knowledge of GSM will be an advantage
• Language skills - Ukrainian (fluent), English (intermediate level)

Employment is part-time, internship is ongoing up to 6 months
