We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Upwork Bid Manager to join our team. This role involves closely monitoring our specialized spreadsheet for new leads from Upwork and swiftly responding within 20 minutes with a tailored commercial proposal. The ideal candidate should be adept at utilizing tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and efficiency. Requirements: - Fluent in English with exceptional writing skills - Ability to think outside the box and create distinctive bids - Experience with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Facebook - Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Main responsibilities: - Monitor the designated spreadsheet for new Upwork leads and respond within 20 minutes - Craft compelling commercial proposals, incorporating credentials of past projects we have handled - Pose relevant questions, address potential challenges, and provide customized solutions in the bid - If leads include LinkedIn or Facebook details, initiate contact on these platforms as well - Ensure that each bid is unique and creatively structured to stand out in a competitive market - Night Shift: Runs from 1 AM to 9 AMWhat we offer: - Work in a friendly and welcoming environment  - Performance review with constructive feedback and personal development plan  - 20 working days paid vacation and 15 days of sick leave  - Compensation of external education  - Opportunity to work both from home and comfortable office in Kyiv
