About the product:

We are looking for a talented and enterprising manager to join us as an intern. Our program will be full-time for 1 month, so you have the opportunity to meet the team and learn about our culture. In case of successful training, we will offer you an offer from our company.

As an Intern PM, you will join our PM Office, where, together with experienced colleagues, you will monitor the quality of project management, share experience using new tools, and help solve problems. You will also participate in the design of internal processes for all stages of the SDLC and the retrospective of existing processes, contributing to the improvement of team performance.

Also, you will join one of the teams to help with Scrum processes and follow Agile principles to increase their productivity. You will participate in the daily Scrum routine and help the team at every stage of the development process.

Your duties:

• supporting the Scrum team in compliance with Agile principles, Scrum practices and Agile frameworks;
• assistance in organizing and conducting Scrum ceremonies;
• close cooperation with a mentor to help the team continuously improve the product development process;
• helping the development team to eliminate obstacles;
• conflict resolution at the workplace;
• full responsibility for the success of the project, its terms and development;
• development and maintenance of effective communication between all team members;
• helping the team to plan its future scope of work to meet deadlines;
• improvement of personal theoretical and practical knowledge, the opportunity to take on more responsibilities in the future.

This is about you:

• have an understanding of SDLC;
• speak English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• you have a basic understanding of the Scrum framework;
• you have skills for self-organization, learning and improving your skills;
• you have a certificate of completion of PM/SM or BA courses;
• you know Agile principles;
• you have high-level communication skills;
• you know how to achieve your goals;
• you have a challenge-oriented mindset.

It will be a plus if you:

• have commercial experience in the IT field;
• you have previous work experience as a BA or QA;
• obtained a technical education or are in the process.
