The intern of the personnel management department is an interesting and creative job in the Talent team, which is focused on the implementation of projects that are fully focused on achieving the HR strategy.

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION

• Internship from 6 to 9 months
• Complex tasks and projects
• Protection of work results upon completion of internship

PROJECTS

Project #1: Implementation of a project to update the company's career pages to improve the employer brand:

• Analysis of current career sites,
• Development of proposals for updating career sites pages,
• Coordinating the proposed approach
• Implementation of the agreed changes within the established time frame

Project #2: Development and implementation of the study plan for students and graduates:

• Analysis of current educational needs of students and graduates;
deadlines.

Project #3: Updating content in the educational application as part of the onboarding of new company employees:

• Review and analysis of existing content;
< li>Identifying content in need of updating;
• Updating and adapting existing content within established deadlines.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• Students of 4-6 years or recent graduates
• English language - upper Intermediate
• Ability to work Full-time
• Ambition, proactivity
• High level of knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point, Word).
