During an internship at lifecell, you will improve yourself and your skills, immerse yourself in the field of telecommunications, and work on real projects in a dynamic environment, an open and positive atmosphere. You will take part in the direction of work with loyalty programs. You will be involved in: Project tasks for three loyalty programs: analysis of each existing loyalty program, competitor research, proposals for new functions, implementation plan, measurement of results, implementation of proposed ideas based on project tasks for loyalty programs. Assist in the implementation of Customer Journey projects: detailed analysis of the first two stages and points of customer interaction with the product/service and a detailed description of observations (if a full Customer Journey is required). Forming and analyzing reports of subscribers' appeals to call center operators on the given topics, providing suggestions and ideas for improvement and elimination of subscribers' pain points based on the analysis of calls center appeals. Systematic collection and analysis of student feedback using the Campus admin panel and further transfer of these requests for processing by call center agents. Promotion and popularization of loyalty programs in the trade channel: from preparation of presentations for sellers, letters to ESMs, formation of instructions for implementation, analytics and collection of statistics on promo results. Holding a monthly meeting with colleagues to develop a communication plan for the holidays. Managing part of the Price increase project (IVR/VoiceBot): control, database management, timely provision of materials by colleagues; collection, preparation and formation of a technical task for an external partner, update of current texts on the IVR, preparation of texts in the required format for VoiceBot upon request.
