Intern (Monitoring services) in lifecell

We are looking for an intern for the service availability control department who will join our team at lifecell - a Ukrainian digital operator that has been on the market for more than 15 years, providing real freedom of communication. During an internship at lifecell, you will train yourself and your skills, immerse yourself in the field of telecommunications, you will work on real projects in a dynamic environment, an open and positive atmosphere. The vacancy is open in the service availability control center Functional duties: Monitoring systems and reporting on system malfunctions (servers, databases, platforms of additional services, etc.) Solutions problems of the first line of support (messaging through various channels, WEB-services, VOIP/V-PBX, service management) Requirements: Initial knowledge of Oracle, SQL Initial knowledge of Unix OS Basic knowledge of GSM will be an advantage Fluent in Ukrainian (fluent), English (intermediate level) Employment partial If you are: A student of 3-6 years or a university graduate Receive or already have a higher education in the field of communications and telecommunications Have knowledge in this field and are ready to develop further Communicative, attentive to details and willing to work in a team - we are waiting for you!
