To join the program, you need:

• be creative and ready for new challenges, eager to learn and absorb information
• get an education in marketing and advertising
• have an irresistible desire to develop in the marketing environment and implement projects in the restaurant direction
• excellent self-organization skills
• developed communication skills and the desire to interact with related services (designers, production)
• the ability to evaluate creative ideas under the proposed tasks and conditions
• a basic understanding of the principles of the restaurant business will be an advantage
• be an active user of MS Office, knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator will be a plus
• read the terms of the program on the website Internship (silpo.ua) and pass the selection stages:

1. fill out the questionnaire and record a video business card
2. play game
3. take the test and pass the final interview with the future manager

During the program you will learn and learn:

• implement and support marketing projects of "Silpo" restaurants: menu design, thematic design of restaurants, activities, promotions, festivals, events, promotion and coordination of websites and social networks, transfer of atmosphere and chips
• accompany the opening of new restaurants
• create a WOW experience for Restaurant Guests
