We are looking to hire a Junior Business Analyst who is a bright self-learner, very passionate about innovative technologies, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
This full-time remote role is for a Junior Business Analyst at AltexSoft. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to business analysis, including analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to the overall success of technology products.

You Have

• Experience with data analysis and database management
• Experience with ensuring that data analysis is accurate
• Experience with briefing senior managers on analysis findings
• Provides consulting to businesses, functions, and geographies that utilize IT services and drives effective business engagement for IT
• Understand the specific goals and needs of the business, function, or geography and represent those needs to the IT organization
• Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Communication skills
• Experience with business process analysis and documentation
• Knowledge of business requirements gathering techniques
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Would be a plus

• Have internship experience
• Have undertook Business Analysis Courses
• Have experience in the technology industry

• Prepare Requirements elicitation & user story writing.
• Hypothesis validation using event-driven approach.
• Collaborate effectively with members of development team and stakeholders.
• Proactively suggest improvements to the platform and development/testing processes.
• Develops and maintains relationships with appropriate members of the business/function/geography organization
