YOUR NEW MAIN TASKS:
- Installation and configuration of Windows, IOS family OS;
- Installation and configuration of user software, peripheral equipment (printer, scanner, etc.);
- Configuration of network equipment;
- Organization of the user's workplace;
- Support of the Company's IT equipment, software and services;
- User support for the Company's IT services (directly at the workplace, remotely, in telephone mode);
- Troubleshooting in the work of IT equipment and software.
DO YOU HAVE THESE SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- I am a final year student university or graduate;
- I am a confident administrator-level PC user;
- I am familiar with the family Windows OS and Microsoft software;
- I speak English at the Upper-Intermediate+ level(I speak and can participate in meetings held in English);
- I know the principles of network protocols (TCP/IP), Vlan, IPSec, Wireless (will be an advantage);
- I am hungry for knowledge, customer-oriented (- a), punctual and responsible.
