What we expect from you: Unfinished higher education (minimum 2 courses) Computer fluency Skills in solving problems related to hardware and software Understanding of network technologies and access rights structures General understanding and skills in: Installation, configuration and diagnostics of computer equipment and office equipment Installation, configuration and use of operating systems and office software Diagnostics, replacement and configuration of computer components (preferred) Installation and replacement of network lines and equipment (preferred) What you will have to do: Installation/updating of hardware and software at workstations ( Management of Releases and Changes) Support for the operation of hardware and software (diagnostics, repair or replacement) (Management of Changes, Management of Powers, Management of Releases) Providing assistance to users in solving questions regarding the skills of using hardware or software Providing assistance to other employees of the information technology department related to the need to install hardware of communication rooms, network laying and other means of hardware communication Providing assistance in moving bank employees' workplaces (installation, connection and configuration) If your experience and skills match the vacancy request, we will contact you within 14 days.
