Job Description

We are looking for an Intern for the Finance Department to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance in the preparation and processing of customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Recording and reconciliation incoming payments, applying them to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Conducting regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payments and resolving any billing inquiries.
• Preparing and maintaining accounts receivable reports and aging schedules.
• Assistance in the analysis of accounts receivable data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to resolve billing discrepancies and improve collection processes.
• Participation in month-end and half-year-end closing activities, including financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Supporting the Accounts Receivable manager in various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of internal controls and process improvements to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of bank reconciliation.

   

Qualifications

• Finance/ Business degree/certificates.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Good Excel skills.
• Previous professional experience (as an intern also) would be a plus.
• Experience working with any ERP would be a plus.
