Intern Engineer — Palo Alto Kyiv BAKOTECH is currently looking for an Intern Engineer to join the team, who will be interested in developing in the field of network security. BAKOTECH is an international company, one of the leaders in the field of focused Value Added IT-distribution, which provides professional "before" and "after" sales, marketing and technical support for partners and end customers. Main responsibilities: — Studying the principles of operation of NGFW products; — Provision of technical support for clients according to SLA terms; — Interaction with the technical teams of our clients, acting as the first technical contact person; — Update of internal databases with new technical information and useful information from customers; — Studying new technologies and passing the relevant vendor certifications; —Analyze and report product malfunctions/failures to the manufacturer's technical support. You are a candidate if: - You have a great desire to learn and develop; —You know the basic principles of network operation (OSI, TCP/IP, firewalls, switching, routing); —You understand how to work with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare); — You have experience in OSWindows/Linux administration; - You speak Russian and English at the Intermediate level; — Able to independently prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
