Proven experience inIT orIT-related fields, deep knowledge ofsoftware development processes and technologies Proficiency inHR, Resource Management, Client Management, and Account Management Advanced skills inGoogle Docs and presentation tools for effective project documentation Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation and collaboration skills Ability tofacilitate clear and effective communication with clients and team members Ability tonavigate complex stakeholder relationships and prioritize competing demands Adaptability tohandle various levels ofuncertainty and routine tasks, ranging from day-to-day operations tostrategic relationship management and process enhancements. Upper-Intermediate English level (written and verbal) Desirable: Capability effectively managing resources and relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with ahigh degree ofsatisfaction. 🧩 Key responsibilities and your contributio n You’ll serve asthe vital connection between management, client stakeholders, and different company departments. Your role involves overseeing and coordinating the work of40+long-term outstaff contractors, initially starting with10+, spread across the globe, while also nurturing trusting relationships with clients. Manage client relationships, promoting cooperation and offering education onthe outstaff model Oversee contractor’s performance reviews, manage agreement terminations, and share feedback Coordinate billing details with clients and handle billing tasks, including invoices and PTR reports Address client billing-related inquiries and ensure proper project assignment management Collaborate with theIT team tofacilitate hardware provision, out-of-office notifications, and related tasks Oversee the pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes for outstaff contractors Oversee the recruiting and hiring process, collaborating closely with both the recruiting team and the client.
