Interior Designer in Actalent

Description: We are currently hiring an interior designer to join the multifamily studio in our architecture division at our Charlotte, NC and Richmond, VA offices. We are looking for someone to able to take projects from start to finish and the ideal candidate will be able to:Produce Project documents in RevitRespond to client’s questions and requests in a timely mannerCoordinate with MEP and structural consultantsA minimum of 3 years of architectural experience in a production environmentBachelor’s degree from an accredited School of ArchitectureRegistered Architect or on track to become licensedComputer skills must include Revit proficiency (3 years of Revit experience minimum)Knowledge of effort and time require to produce drawings for presentation, zoning and contract documentsPassion for building designStrong communication skills in both verbal and written formMust exhibit good inter-personal skills and diplomacyRendering ability from Revit is a major plusApplied understanding of building systems and costsUnderstanding of building and accessibility codesAbility to solve technical issuesWork samples that demonstrate your Revit experience is required.Additional Qualifications:Minimum 8+ Years of Experience:Mixed Use/ Multi-familyCommercial Buildings, Large Commercial, Retail Projects - Project Management - Team Building Experience - Strong Communication SkillsHybrid, WFH Schedule!About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
