Interior designer, Team Lead, who will be responsible for design and will be able to lead a team of architects and 3D visualizers. Interested? Then we went further! What are we waiting for? Development of design concepts, taking into account the client's requirements and functional features of the premises. Project management and ensuring the execution of the work schedule. Cooperation with architects and 3D visualizers to create detailed concepts and visualizations. correctness of drawings and 3D visualizations. Formation of specifications for finishing materials, furniture and accessories. Training and development of other team members. Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years. High level of knowledge in the field of interior design and composition. Excellent understanding of the color range and its effect on the atmosphere of the room. programs for creating moodboards and collages (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Ability to work with design and visualization software (eg ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.). High communication and team management skills.
