Your key tasks in this positions:

• Development of unique conceptual and planning solutions for various objects.
• Creation of stunning, realistic 3D visualizations that bring ideas to life.
• Complex work with the customer: from the first meeting to the successful implementation of the project.
• Professional author supervision that guarantees high-quality realization of the idea.
• Expert selection of materials and formation of commercial offers.

What we expect from you:

• Higher specialized education in the field of architecture or design.
• Confident command of 3D Max, Vray/Corona, Photoshop, AutoCAD/ArchiCAD.
• Experience of 3 years with a portfolio of residential and commercial objects (apartments, restaurants, hotels, SPA complexes, shops, offices, etc.).
• Ability to effectively manage several projects at the same time.
• In-depth knowledge of current trends, factories, materials and construction technologies.
• English language level: B1 and above (for fluent communication with international clients and partners).
