Resumes are considered only from the portfolio. Basic requirements: Work experience as an interior designer for 3-4 years in design and architectural companies. Proficiency in AutoCad, SketchUp, knowledge of 3D Max is welcome. Ideally, experience working with retail companies — stores, retail chains, boutiques, commercial real estate, offices, as well as banking structures. Knowledge of SNIP and regulatory documents. Functional duties: development of architectural concepts for of retail trade (stores) and banks, development of non-standard ideas and bright solutions that will shake the entire market, preparation of plans (drawings) of new and reconstructed stores, preparation of presentations, sketch and detailed planning for the project, management of the technical part of the project at the pre-project stage, author's supervision.
