Currently, we are in search of a seasoned Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a notable background in turnaround and restructuring, ready to steer a key portfolio company through a significant period of transformation.Role Summary: The Interim CEO will assume command during a crucial transition phase, tasked with leading the company back to profitability and sustainable growth. This role is designed for a leader who has demonstrated success in navigating companies through challenging periods, particularly within industries facing disruption or significant market changes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise, with a strong track record in restructuring and turning around companies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Vision and Leadership: Architect and enact a strategic plan focused on the company's rapid turnaround and long-term growth, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. Restructuring and Financial Acumen: Lead the company through financial restructuring, working closely with the CFO to secure the financial health and viability of the business. Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for operational improvement, implementing strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize performance. Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with the board of directors, private equity sponsors, employees, customers, and other key stakeholders, building trust and guiding the company through its transformation.
