Duties and responsibilities: Conducting artificial intelligence chatbot testing. Forming and testing chatbot responses to ensure optimal user communication. Development and adjustment of templates to improve artificial intelligence responses to various questions and communication scenarios. Interaction with developers to correct errors and improve chat algorithms -bots. Working with submissions from the client (cleaning data, regrouping, adjusting, optimizing data) Testing different versions of AI to understand features in answers (speed, accuracy, creativity, etc.). Generating hypotheses for forming a data set and A/B testing answers for understanding differences. Forming the text of cases based on the answers of different AI models. Requirements: Experience in software testing, in particular chatbots, will be an advantage. Understanding of the basics of artificial intelligence and fun learning.
