Integrator of CRM systems in DOitWELL

Job description

We are looking for a specialist integrator with experience in working with systems from business analysis to join our team -processes to the implementation of the CRM system itself (not a Junior specialist, experience in independent implementation for customers for at least 2 years). We work with Pipedrive, Nethunt, Keepin CRM

List of responsibilities:

< li>Analysis of the business process of the client's company and creation of a technical task based on it for setting up the CRM system. Creation of block diagrams of bpmn business processes
• Customization of CRM according to the technical task
• Creation of a technical task for the development of custom solutions for the client and control of the implementation of such solutions.
• Advising the client on the selection and connection of IP telephony and end-to-end analytics.
• Training the client's employees on how to use the program, and for the client's management on working with analytics in the customized program.
• Writing text and video instructions on the operation of the customized CRM.
• Management of the CRM system implementation project.
• Development of the customer's CRM system.
• Supervision of junior specialists on assigned tasks .

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in removing business processes, their optimization and strengthening.
• Thinks in terms of business processes and sees how one automation affects another.
• Has experience in setting up CRM (either -any) from 2 years.
• Experience in managing projects and teams.
• Knows how to listen and hear the client, accurately answers his questions, asks the right question and knows how to build communication with the client. You must have positive feedback from clients who are ready to recommend you.
• Possesses business language, ethics and client-oriented.
• Takes responsibility for tasks and deadlines. Able to work in a team.
• Able to take responsibility for his actions.
• Plans the working day and follows the plan.
• Thinks analytically and knows how to systematize information and bring order out of chaos into business -processes or information.

• Able to independently organize himself in the conditions of a remote office.
