  • Customization of CRM according to the technical task
  • Creation of a technical task for the development of custom solutions for the client and control of the implementation of such solutions.
  • Advising the client on the selection and connection of IP telephony and end-to-end analytics.
  • Training the client's employees on how to use the program, and for the client's management on working with analytics in the customized program.
  • Writing text and video instructions on the operation of the customized CRM.
  • Management of the CRM system implementation project.
  • Development of the customer's CRM system.
  • Supervision of junior specialists on assigned tasks .
