The Client is a leading provider of mobile allied health services, specializing in in-home physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and podiatry.

Role responsibilities/needs:
• Owns end to end business and technical solution for the business process/value chains/ interfaces that includes multiple technical stack (Java, DB, EDI etc.) to enable the business process for the health plan / operations.
• Works with Onshore/Offshore/Client SMEs and leads to design end-to-end business and technical solution for the interfaces to make the business process / macro process / value chain at health plan work (Eg: enrollement, claims, payments, correspondences etc.).
• Creates and reviews the work products such as Solution Blueprint, High Level Design, Low Level Design documents. Reviews code for the code quality
• Design the batch job scheduling for the macro processes/ business value chain in the ecosystem.
• Act as a Single Point of Contact for the customers on discuss on business and technical solutions, design and other technical needs in the project.
• Lead the resolution of issues end-to-end (Issues reported in prod, uat, sit etc. on different value chains / business processes). Act as a single point of contact for the project stakeholders for the issue resolution.
• Work with customers to define the Non-Functional Requirements to meet the SLAs/KPIs for every interface (Performance, Scalability etc.)
• Create the Go Live Plan for the macro processes / business value chain.
• Support the technical leads and developers to resolve the technical blockers.
• Contribute to / Review the SOP for IT Operations DevOps.
• Bring up risks (that may have an impact to quality, schedule, cost or customer satisfaction) to Project Manager and Scrum Master in a timely fashion durng daily stand-up calls/project meetings/emails.
• Willingness to work in US overlapping time zones till 2 pm EST.

Must Have/Desired skills:
• Work Experience in AWS cloud environment and experience with AWS cloud services.
• Awareness to Agile tools and methodologies (Scrum, JIRA etc.).
• Understanding of SQL, Core Java, Spring Boot, Web Services, XML, JSON, SQL, Middleware, and CI/CD pipeline philosophy.
• Commitment to Customer and quality.
• Communication skills with peers, customers, and partners including the ability to convey technical information effectively.
• Thrives in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment and has a knack for quickly prioritizing needs and creating scalable processes and structure.
• Affinity for leading and navigating change management.
• Comfortable in a fully remote environment that relies heavily on asynchronous written collaboration and communication.
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore model is a must.
• Experience with people management, mentorship, and creating inclusive and diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field, 12+ years of relevant work. experience in technology integrations, 7+ years of work experience in technical leadership roles.

Nice to have knowledge/skills:
• Knowledgeable in US Healthcare payor domain (Commerical, Medicare, Medicaid).
• Exposure to healthcare payor eco-systems such as Health Edge, Facets / TriZetto , NASCO, Change Healthcare etc. and experience in technical integration of these eco-systems.
• Exposure to EDI healthcare transactions (837, 834, 835,270/271, 276/277, 278) with healthcare core administration platforms (Claims adjudication/enrollment).
