Ensure the required level of software quality;Interact with all participants in the software development process;Study of requirements and specifications: participation in requirements analysis, identification of gaps, clarification with analysts;Test planning: assessment of scope of work, risks, calculation of testing time;Creation of test artifacts: test cases, checklists, test scenarios, test plans, reports on test results; Support of test documentation: maintaining the relevance of documentation during the project life cycle, creating reports on the status of testing, risks, blockers; Conduct front-end testing: cross-browser testing, UI testing according to layouts, interactivity testing, validations, messages;Perform backend part testing: API functional testing (REST), understanding REST architecture, manual API verification (Postman, or Swagger, Insomnia), knowledge of authentication types (Basic, Bearer, OAuth, etc.);Working with databases: writing SQL queries (CRUD, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY), understanding the structure of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)You are suitable if you have:
- Higher education;
- Work experience: from 4 years in the field of software testing (manual QA);
- Experience of working in a team: the ability to effectively cooperate with developers, analysts, product managers;
- Independence: the ability to organize your work in accordance with the company's priorities;
- Analytical skills: critical thinking, attention to details, the ability to find weak points in the product logic;
- Experience with test management systems: Qase.io, TestRail, Testmo (or similar);
- Experience working in tracking systems (Jira, MS TFS);
- Knowledge of software testing theory and mastering the skills of managing the software testing process within the framework of the project;
- Experience of working with requirements (business requirements, technical specification);
- Experience of writing test documentation: plans, methods, reports, scenarios;
- Experience of working with API tools testing: Postman (knowledge of collections, variables, pre-request script, test asserts on JS);
- DevTools (Chrome, Firefox) — to check HTTP requests, cookies, cache, JS errors;
- Charles, Fiddler — basic knowledge of working with network requests;
- Knowledge of protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, caching, redirects;
- Working with Unix/Linux — basic skills (navigation, viewing logs);
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes (welcome);
- Knowledge of Git (basic level, for viewing changes, logs);
- Understandingof common Web/API vulnerabilities;
- Ability to perform basic security checks (e.g., SQL Injection attempts, authentication via API);
- Knowledge of HTTP headers, sessions, tokens;
- Proactivity: participation in process improvement (suggestions for automation, optimization of routines);
- Knowledge documentation: participation in wiki, confluence, feature descriptions and instructions;
It will be a plus:
- Knowledge of the banking domain (processes, products, technologies);
- Experience of mentoring and knowledge: mentoring, participation in the onboarding of new employees, dissemination of knowledge in team;
- AQA experience (even basic);
- Understanding microservice architecture;
- Mobile application testing experience;
- Tomcat, Camunda experience;
- Finance/banking experience;
