is a Ukrainian product fintech company. Since 2002, we have been developing the online payment and remittance market and providing people with payment tools for both their daily financial transactions and small, medium or corporate businesses.

About us:

• we develop in two directions: B2C - for daily payment tasks (utility, transfers, payment of services) and B2B (financial solutions for businesses);
• we are working on creating and improving a number of interfaces: the Portmone.com website and mobile application on iOS/Android; the Portmone.business site, a web cabinet and an Android application for businesses;
• a team of over 100 specialists aimed at creating a cool Ukrainian product with world-class quality.

We are looking for an Integration manager with experience in the integration of ARI payment solutions, who is able to create a strategy for product development and optimization, accompany the development process, and monitor results.

At work, you will be expected to:

• provide support on integration issues;
• analysis of the partner's needs, establishing and monitoring the fulfillment of requirements for the development of custom integration (if necessary), the result of the features of the client's work and the process;
• making technical decisions and advising partners: integration, data flows, service architecture;
• provision of estimates (Estimation) of integrations before prioritization and handovers;
• transfer of integration tasks to the work of development teams according to approved priorities;
• reducing delays and downtime in integration to minimize time spent;
• interaction with contractors and partners involved in the development of the Portmone product;
• work on an interesting project in the fintech domain.

We expect from our ideal candidate:

• Work experience in IT companies (from 2 years);
• Experience of working with ARI payment solutions;
• Skills and understanding of API integration processes;
• The level of English is not lower than intermediate (at the level of communication with partners);
• Experience of interaction with Development teams;
• Knowledge of the product, understanding of the technical structure of the product;
• knowledge of competitors, advanced technological trends, key technological partners.

• a high level of self-organization and stress resistance;
• leadership qualities;
• ability to make decisions independently and be responsible for them,
• ability to plan and set tasks;
• analytical abilities and systematicity;
• the talent to be a cool person who is easy and pleasant to work with.
