Bubibo, a pet-tech startup is looking for an Integration and Support Agent.

Our goal is to revolutionize the pet-care industry in Ukraine and expand into Western markets with our product. To achieve this, we have created a digital ecosystem of services for pet owners and professionals in the pet care industry (veterinarians, groomers, dog trainers, etc.). We believe that high-quality and affordable digital services will help pet owners better understand their furry friends, make routine care easier, and ensure long and happy lives for their pets.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and integrating our platform into veterinary clinics (both offline and online).
• Onboarding clinical staff into using our software.
• Resolving queries and technical issues clinics may encounter with our product.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients to explain system features and capabilities.
• Collecting feedback from users and conveying this information to the department lead.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chats, messengers, phone or email in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in customer/technical support.
• Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
• Knowledge of digital technologies and readiness to quickly learn new systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients.
• High responsibility and attention to details.
• Enthusiasm towards implementing innovative solutions in the pet-care sector.
• Experience working with various CRM systems is a plus.
