Bubibo, a pet-tech startup is looking for an Integration and Support Manager.
Our goal is to revolutionize the pet-care industry in Ukraine and expand into Western markets with our product. To achieve this, we have created a digital ecosystem of services for pet owners and professionals in the pet care industry (veterinarians, groomers, dog trainers, etc.). We believe that high-quality and affordable digital services will help pet owners better understand their furry friends, make routine care easier, and ensure long and happy lives for their pets.
Responsibilities:
Implementing and integrating our platform into veterinary clinics (both offline and online).
Onboarding clinical staff into using our software.
Resolving queries and technical issues clinics may encounter with our product.
Maintaining effective communication with clients to explain system features and capabilities.
Collecting feedback from users and conveying this information to the department lead.
Respond to customer inquiries via chats, messengers, phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
6+ months of experience in customer/technical support.
Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
Knowledge of digital technologies and readiness to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients.
High responsibility and attention to details.
Enthusiasm towards implementing innovative solutions in the pet-care sector.
Experience working with various CRM systems is a plus.
