Integration analyst in Integrity

Integrity Vision is a Ukrainian IT company that is among the TOP-5 system integrators of Ukraine.

We are looking for a person who will:
• work with requirements, detail them;
• build business processes, display them, detail them;
• draw up detailed requirements specifications for software development;
• assign tasks to developers and monitor software changes to match business processes;
• prepare documents for handover of new and existing updated banking products for further testing and implementation
• provide recommendations for testing the finished product;
• participate in all stages of the development life cycle, from concept to delivery.

You are suitable if you have:
• understanding of the life cycle of projects;
• work experience in the Bank, in an IT company - at least 1 year, in a similar position;
• possession of theoretical the basics of business analysis and requirements management, the ability to apply them in practice;
• possession of practical skills in using modern business analysis tools (Visio, Business Studio, Axure, Balsamiq, etc.);
• confident mastery of the basic notations of process modeling (BPMN, UML);
• experience of participating in projects for the development of web and/or mobile applications;
• personal qualities: attentiveness, desire and ability to quickly learn and complete tasks, skills work with large volumes of information and parallel tasks, proactivity, stress resistance, teamwork.

It will be a plus:
• understanding of Client-server and Microservices architectures;
• basic knowledge of SOAP and REST, XML and JSON, SQL;
• understanding of relational DBMS (Oracle, PostrgeSQL);
• work experience in the banking sector, FinTech, knowledge of banking processes
