Main tasks:

• Administration of existing benefit programs, control of contract expiration dates, maintaining an internal database of benefits: mental health programs, partnership programs with clinic networks, sports tickets, internal events, health insurance (MI) programs, etc.
• Communication with service providers: agreement of terms, monitoring of implementation contracts, solving current issues;
• Search for new partners, organization of meetings together with the manager;
• Preparation of content for internal information campaigns: infographics, announcements, e-mails, articles.
• Assistance in the implementation of new non-material motivation programs in accordance with the plan.
• Supports the procurement of health insurance services, conclusion of the contract and its execution. 
• Gives advice to employees of NEC "Ukrenergo" on obtaining health insurance services.
• Processes and prepares draft decisions regarding complaints and proposals of insured persons, medical and preventive facilities, insurance companies, conducts market benchmarks.
• Checks the level of satisfaction of insured persons with health insurance services using questionnaires. Analyzes the results and prepares proposals for improving the work. 
• Conducts insurance examination of complex insurance cases within the framework of current contracts. 
• Controls costs according to the contract and limits, considers and approves requests regarding the use of corporate limits.

Our expectations:

• Incomplete or complete higher education in the fields of: finance, insurance, risk management, personnel management, management or related.
• Work experience of 6 months or more in support of health insurance contracts (MI) or in related areas (in particular, HR benefits). 
• Experience in communicating with partners/suppliers, agreeing terms of cooperation, solving operational issues.
• Practical experience in preparing informational materials: announcements, infographics, internal news, e-mails, short informational messages, FAQ.
• Ability to correctly and effectively negotiate with partners, insurance companies, clinics.
• Basic knowledge of legislation in the field of insurance and protection health.
• Basic content design skills (Canva, Figma, etc.). 

  Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in the field of HR benefits, health insurance or partner programs will be an advantage.

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
