Insurance Breakdown Specialist / Customer Support in Lean35

We are currently seeking an Insurance Breakdown Specialist to join our dynamic team and work in a new company department. It's an call-center focused on verifying customer insurance information for a dentist clinic. Our team consists of young and active people working from different cities and countries around the globe.

Tasks:

Collaborate with other team members to search and match patient information with insurance companies registers

Calling insurance companies to clarify patient status

Filling up forms for requesting insurance coverage

Monitor and prepare reports based on department work

Contribute to the improvement of the insurance breakdown process

Continuously learn about new tools and best practices in the working sphere

Requirements:

Finished or unfinished Bachelor’s degree

English level B2 or higher

Adjustable full time (or half time) working schedule 12:00 - 20:30 (30 minutes lunch), Mon-Fri.

Repeatative meetings during working hours

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Would be a plus:

Previous experience working in call centers or customer support
