We are a travel agency for school groups with a focus on meaningful and at the same time fun programs. We are looking for active people of all ages who have time especially in our main seasons (April-June and September-October, for skiers as well as January-March), they enjoy working with children and love to learn. During these periods, we go out together with schools for all kinds of events (outdoor schools and school trips, skiing and boating courses, adaptation and team building programs, etc.). Each instructor has the opportunity to choose which events he is interested in and on which dates. we are currently expanding the team for the outdoor school season that is already underway. There is still an opportunity to look around at some events in May and fully join the team in June. We will be happy to continue our cooperation in the autumn and in the following seasons. We have defined 8 basic rules for Wenk's work: our work is an extraordinary experience, we are masters and ladies of our time, we gain practice and valuable experience for life, we have support in education and the gain of instructors licenses, how many we take, depends on us too, we all take part in the direction of the company, we play fair, the boss makes the coffee for us. Wenk's work requires above all enthusiasm, openness, a desire to learn and at least some time in the seasons (for the first season we prefer min. 2 residential events). Various instructor licenses, experience working with children or education in the field of pedagogy are an advantage. However, none of this is a condition. We train our instructors internally and support any further education. A clean criminal record is a matter of course. At Wenk events, we have: know-how and know what to do, support - we work in a team of friends, material that we can borrow even after the event, secured cots, coffee and a full belly, 1100–1350 CZK per day in your pocket.
