What will be on your task list:

• analyze the market and find out the needs and goals of our audience;
• form educational goals that the student should achieve during the course and skills that he should develop;
• together with the lecturer, design educational programs (idea, concept, course format);
• brief the lecturer to find out all his wishes regarding the process;
• implement new methods and approaches to education;
• analyze feedback from listeners and lecturers + analyze course effectiveness metrics: profitability, satisfaction, engagement;
• develop course improvement plans based on feedback and analytics.

Requirements

Skill pack for quality performance of tasks:

• experience in educational projects (methodologies of building educational products);
• be able to build win-win relationships with people;
• be interested in the IT field and want to work in the field of online education and influence the learning process;
• be able to globally evaluate the product in order to see opportunities for improvement;
• be ready to accompany several products at the same time;
• think critically and structurally;
• be able to explain complex things in simple language;

• transform point knowledge and tasks into a single system.

Nice-to-Have:

• English from B2 (then there will be an opportunity to work in the Global team).
