This position works with both internal and external partners to provide student achievement support through data analysis, course customizations, and quality assurance and auditing support. This role supports accreditation and evaluation efforts through process documentation and support. The position will be familiar with state-based assessments to allow any student that participates in these assessments' adequate preparation for optimal achievement on these tests.By increasing helping to increase course efficiency and accessibility, this position assists to maximize the teaching and learning experience, reduce costs, and increase successful on-time completions. Instructional and support staff, to include the Instructional Analyst, will maintain active educator licenses, allowing the ability to teach at peak enrollment periodsPosition Type: This is a regular, full-time position. Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $44,079 and $45,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions. Envision Your Experience.In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:In support of the instructional improvement plan, implements the Curriculum Accountability Project Roadmaps for School Services clients. Implements course customization process and procedures. Completes audits to maintain instructional integrity and ascertain compliance to educational requirements such as NCAA, special education, course completion and course data, and FERPA. Reviews curriculum, recommending instructional adaptations where necessary for elementary and secondary courses implemented by School Services. Supports the instructional improvement plan through execution of quality assurance processes. Supports Advanced Placement compliance through curriculum and implementation support. Supports programs inspiring an inclusive, productive work culture. Prepares staff development materials to promote awareness, instructional integrity, and compliance. Performs other duties upon request. Share Your Expertise.Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred. One or more years’ experience with the Edgenuity platform and courseware desired. Knowledge of educational laws regarding required student support and regulations. High tolerance for repetitive tasks. Ability to work within tight deadlines. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able toHandle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality, results- driven, team-oriented environment. Willingness and ability to work flexible hours in a remote work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, online video chat and database software. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred. Working knowledge of NetSuite and Zoom is preferred Buzz LMS and Edgenuity LMS preferred.
