Requirements:

• Availability of work experience of at least 3 years in companies with with a staff of 200 or more employees.
• Knowledge of labor legislation, work experience in the 1C personnel program is a must .
• Experience of working with large volumes of information and managing several legal entities. persons.
• Attention, promptness.

Responsibilities:

• Full personnel support of the Company (recruitment, vacations, transfers, dismissals, sick leave, etc.)
• Maintenance of personal files, P-2 cards.
• Maintenance and consolidation of time sheets, staff list.
• Drafting vacation schedule and their registration.
• Issuance of certificates at the place of demand.
• Consultation of Company employees on personnel issues.
• Participation in other areas of the personnel department.

Conditions:

• Working schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30- 17:00
• Convenient location of the office (7 minutes from m. Lisova - str. A. Kuharya,3)
