Inspector of personnel department, military accounting in EvoPlay

We are expanding our dream team and are looking for Human Resources Inspector, Military Accounting .

Responsibility:

• Responsible for examination of primary documents during employment, transfer, dismissals.
• Formation of an employment contract, dismissal, transfer, management of personal files of employees, reporting.
• Inform employees about orders (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, leave).
• Ensure the maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts and reservation of conscripts by enterprise in peacetime and during the period of mobilization and wartime, consultation of employees.
• Control changes in personal data of employees, including conscripts.
• Interaction with the Recruitment and Social Support Centers, the Pension Fund and other state bodies.
• Compile reports on the number of employees and conscripts.
• Participate in the development of internal regulations and procedures related to personnel and military accounting.

What we expect:

• Experience of work in personnel service from 3 years, in companies with at least 100 people

• Experience of preparing personnel documents in accordance with the labor legislation of Ukraine
• Practical experience of keeping military records and booking employees at the enterprise
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine and legislation regulating issues of military registration, mobilization, reservation, etc.
• Ability to work with documentation and analytical reports
• Experience in Diya City will be an advantage
