The "East SOS" charity fund has been helping victims of Russian aggression since 2014. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the activities and team of the foundation have increased.
We help civilians in all government-controlled territories. We evacuate and accommodate, repair shelters and centers for IDPs. We provide charitable assistance, document crimes and implement educational programs, and provide legal and psychological consultations on a daily basis. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces for women and girls operate in different regions of the country.
We unite people who are ready to strengthen the results of the fund.
Location and format: offline, the city of Kyiv.Intended trips within Ukraine.
Start of cooperation - May 2024.

?Participation in the development of projects of normative documents, drawing up the staff schedule, development of job instructions, etc.
Providing advice to managers on personnel and labor issues.
Regulation of established reporting, cooperation with state services.
Maintenance of personnel records of the organization in full, namely:
registration of admission, transfer and dismissal in accordance with the law;
formation and management of personal affairs;
filling, accounting, storage and issuance of work books, calculation of seniority;
compilation and control of compliance with vacation schedules, registration of vacations and accounting of provision (annual/additional vacations, maternity and social, vacations without saving s/p, sick leave).
Requirements:
full higher education;
2+ years of experience;
understanding of the Labor Code of Ukraine, normative acts on personnel accounting and record keeping, requirements for the formation of personnel documents;
ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel).
