Inspector of personnel department in 1 TMO / Pershe teritorialne medichne ob'ednannya mista Lvova

Requirements:

• secondary special or higher education (legal, economic, accounting, etc.); 
• knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.

Working conditions: five-day work week 8:00-16:30

Duties:

• Proceed hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with current legislation;
• Keep employee P-2 form cards, make appropriate changes to them;
• Fill and makes timely changes to the work books, keeps their records, scans them to the PFU and ensures their storage; including for child care;
• Control over the preparation and observance of annual vacation schedules.
• Keep records of data on the disabled.
• Keep personnel records in the program " Accounting of medical personnel of Ukraine".
• Issuing certificates of labor activity for hospital employees.
• Preparing drafts of personnel orders;
