Inspector of personnel department in AVIS UKRAGRO, TOV

The modern poultry complex "AVIS-UKRAINE" LLC (poultry farm) invites a responsible and experienced personnel department inspector to its team.

Duties:

• Keeping a full cycle of personnel accounting in 1C (ZUP) (recruitment, transfer, vacations, dismissal, leaves of incapacity for work, registration of employment books, development of a staff list, etc.), according to the requirements of the Labor Code;
• Maintenance of military records, registration of employees ;
• Checking and closing time sheets;
• Formation and management of personal files employees.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Experience in military record keeping and reservation processing is a must;< /li>
• Higher education in the field of personnel management, law;
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and experience in its application;
• High communication skills, ability to work in a team;

• Ability to work with a computer and MS Office programs, 1C: Enterprise.
