Our expectations: experience of working in a similar position from the 1st year with a number of 200 or more people; confident user of the 1C 8.3 programs, Medok, MSOffice; knowledge of KZpP and the regulatory framework; organization, attention to detail, responsibility; perseverance, initiative, stress resistance; excellent communication skills; the ability to work in a team. The main responsibilities: registration of acceptance, transfer, dismissal of employees; formation and maintenance of personal files of employees and personal cards of form P-2; registration and maintenance of labor books, including electronic; accounting and tabulation of employees' working hours; issuing sick leave, providing certificates of labor activity to workers; keeping records of vacations, drawing up a vacation schedule; developing a staff list; job instructions, regulations; drawing up letters, protocols, orders for the enterprise; keeping personnel reports.
