What will be included in the responsibilities:

• personnel administration: admissions, transfers, dismissals, vacations, sick days , internal reports of the company, etc. personnel issues;
• formation and management of personal files of employees;
• making changes related to labor activity;

Skill is important to us:

• higher education;
• confident PC user;
• work experience in the field of personnel administration for at least 2 years, management of 400 or more people;
• knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts (tracking changes in legislation);
• ability to work with a large amount of information and interaction with employees of other units;
• love for people, sociability, friendliness, high attention to details, perseverance
