NETWORK OF ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEXES "PAPASHON" invites a PERSONNEL MANAGER with experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in a company with a staff of at least 100 people. Main duties: personnel administration in full (documentary support of receptions, transfers (movements), dismissals of employees, formation of personal files of employees, development and approval and compliance with the schedule of vacations, registration and filling of letters of incapacity for work, maintenance of personnel journals from the nomenclature of cases (long-term storage, paid vacations, at own expense, etc.) of personal P-2 cards of employees, drawing up and maintaining the staff schedule up-to-date, development and familiarization of employees with job instructions, internal work rules, registration, filling and storage of work books, reporting at the request of the manager. It is good to know labor legislation, to follow innovations. Experience in running a FOP will be an advantage. We work from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday-Friday. We treat you to lunch and dinner. The salary is stable and on time.
