Inspector of personnel department in KSL

We are looking for a HR inspector (with administrative and economic activities) to join the team.

What will be needed to do:

• Conduct personnel records in accordance with the requirements of the labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Proceed with the registration of acceptance, transfer, dismissal of employees, preparation and registration of orders.
• Form and maintain personnel files of employees.
• Organize and maintain military records in accordance of legislation.
• Develop vacation schedules and monitor their implementation.
• Control the accounting of working hours, keeping a timesheet.
• Conduct administrative and economic activities.
• Ensure the opening of a salary project for employees.
• Form and maintain internal accounting tables.
• Participate in the organization of corporate events and internal events company.
