Basic requirements:

• Full higher education (preferably economics/finance/jurisprudence).
• Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position is mandatory.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework of labor legislation.
• Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word), 1C 8.3 Salary and personnel management).

Personal qualities:

• Initiative, desire for self-development
• Attention, ability to work with a large amount of work

Main duties:

• Maintenance of personnel records, a full cycle: admission, transfer, vacations, dismissal, leaves of incapacity for work, certificates from the place of work, etc.
• Formation and management of personal files of employees.
• Filling, keeping and accounting of work books.
• Checking of time sheets (in particular, summary accounting of working hours).
• Consulting employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts.
